WELCOME TO KICKIN IT WITH KI

My name is Kiana Cole, also known as Ki, and I am a Mindfulness & Self-Care Educator, Chopra certified Meditation Instructor, former elementary teacher, content creator, and Lupus fighter. I am a joy-seeker and hope-bringer!

My brand Kickin It With Ki seeks to help people #CutTheNoise so they can live their best, most purposeful lives through mindfulness, self-care, and community care.  I provide support, workshops, and resources that bring people closer to daily wellness.  I truly believe that when you give people the resources they need to take the best care of themselves, the entire community benefits.

Through this brand, I created “CutTheNoise, Mindfulness” which is a culturally relevant, pedagogy-enhanced approach to mindfulness and self-care specifically catered to teachers and students.  I seek to bridge the gap between mindfulness and education.  I specialize in helping school communities truly be well, make space for their emotions daily, and providing practical tips for self-care and community care.

I share my journey to light the pathway for others.  Let’s cut the noise together!

My Story

As an elementary educator, I have spent countless hours in schools over the last five years.  The one thing that became painfully obvious is that when people aren’t given the necessary support around self-care and wellness, the entire community suffers. This is even more true for teachers, students, and support staff in schools.

I began this work creating content on YouTube offering lessons from my journey through this thing called life, and over time, it morphed into a brand more focused on teaching all I had learned about self-care initially then mindfulness & community care.

I made it my mission, after experiencing a very hard death in the midst of a busy school year, to provide people with access to mindfulness workshops and resources through my brand.  Now, my ultimate goal is to truly help people CUT THE NOISE out of their lives & energize joy.
